Bio: Joe Klofas, a Bridgton resident, has been showing graphite and ink drawings in galleries and juried shows in central and southern Maine for more than two decades. Mostly a figure draftsman, he’s been in four Maine Biennials, two in the Portland Museum of Art and two at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art in Rockport. He’s been in all three of the statewide “Figure Revealed” shows at Lewiston –Auburn College, and also has had two one-man shows at Calitano Gallery in Portland. He is a member of the Harlow Gallery in Hallowell as well as the Turner Center for the Arts in Turner. Joe Klofas has lived in Bridgton for more than twenty years.
